Insulation material based on fumed silica. This material has a fine structure, so it has a very high thermal insulating property. It is available in various designs, such as board, panels, pipe sections and custo\u00admised shapes. It can be used for insulation of indus\u00adtrial furnaces in iron and steel industry, ceramics, glass industry, non-ferrous industry, petro\u00adche\u00admical industry and heaters.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/i><\/i><\/span>Fiber\u00adglass<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

Fiber\u00adglass insulation has excellent thermal and acoustical properties. It is a light\u00adweight and highly resilient type thermal and acoustical insulation made of flame-attenuated glass fibers bonded with thermo\u00adsetting resin. The fibers are noncom\u00adbus\u00adtible and are unaffected by oil, grease and most acids.
\nFiber\u00adglass insulation is used in appli\u00adca\u00adtions which requires high thermal and acoustical efficiency in a minimum space, such as acoustical panels\/partitions, pipe wrap kits, HVAC equipment and other appliances.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Bellows and High Tempe\u00adrature Thermal Seals<\/h2><\/h1><\/div>

At our shop we design, manufacture and install expansion bellows and bolsters tempe\u00adra\u00adtures up to 1400\u00b0C. For example: fluegas bellows, expansion bellows, duct bellows, multitube bellows, monotube bellows.<\/p>\n

Multi-layer design, incor\u00adpo\u00adrating high tempe\u00adrature resistant wire mesh, foils and special coated glass cloths, are used to built up the bellow. Several shapes, from rectan\u00adgular to circular, including flanges with boltholes can be made with very short delivery times.<\/p>\n

We manufacture bellows to your process circum\u00ads\u00adtances. The bellow can be supplied with inner bolster, deflection plate and fastening materials like steel contraf\u00adlange with bolts and nuts.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/i><\/i><\/span>Tailor made products<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

Besides bellows, we manufacture custom made packings and seals to suit your requi\u00adre\u00adments. These packings, such as e.g. tadpole packings, can be manufac\u00adtured in several qualities up to 1200\u00b0C. For example: Conical seals, tube seals, teles\u00adcopic seals, quilted sleeves, spring joints. We also manufacture seals from paper, board and blankets.<\/p>\n

All materials to manufacture bellows and seals are readily available in our warehouse, so we can manufacture with very short delivery times.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Precast Shapes<\/h2><\/h1><\/div>

The use of precast shapes has many advan\u00adtages. The ready made product can be inspected on quality and dimen\u00adsions. Thermoheat\u2019s workshop at Middel\u00adharnis is well equipped for precasting of shapes up to 10 tonnes of casted weight. We have a wide range of refractory casting materials up to 1870\u00b0C.<\/p>\n

The materials for precasting shapes include insulating castable up to high density erosion resistant castable, but also specials, like aluminium resistant and silicon\u00adcarbide castables are within our standard product range. Together with sophisti\u00adcated bonding technics, this enables us to manufacture a well engineered, high quality refractory shape. Beside casting and vibro\u00adcasting we also use ramming mixes. By using different types of moulds we can cast from one shape up to any number you require. The shapes can be dried out before shipment and are therefore ready to use without the need of delicate initial dryout at startup of the unit.<\/p>\n

Also stainless steel fibres in several qualities can be used as reinforcement. Specialties, like steel\u00adfibre castables for use as doorlintel in aluminium casting and holding furnace, are available for you. These doorlintels have a very high strength and therefore have a much longer lifetime then Ultra Low Cement casted lintels. We also implement anchors and steel\u00adf\u00adrames if you have the requirement.<\/p>\n

SIFCA\u00ae<\/h2><\/h1><\/div>

SIFCA\u00ae is an acronym that stands for Slurry Infil\u00adtrated Fiber CAstable.<\/p>\n

SIFCA\u00ae is a precast refractory composite composed of low cement refractory slurry and stainless steel fiber. It is a combi\u00adnation of up to 16 volume percent stainless steel fibers and any one of six (6) slurry types. Under appro\u00adpriate condi\u00adtions, SIFCA\u00ae shapes can have a service tempe\u00adrature range up to 1650\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<\/div>

<\/i><\/i><\/span>General features<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

The unique charac\u00adte\u00adristics of this product are; thermal shock resis\u00adtance, impact resis\u00adtance, compressive strength and refrac\u00adto\u00adriness when compared to steel or cast iron shapes. At elevated operating tempe\u00adra\u00adtures, SIFCA\u00ae replaces cast iron and steel parts that are oxidizing. SIFCA\u00ae is also a direct repla\u00adcement for conven\u00adtional precast refractory shapes in struc\u00adtural or support appli\u00adca\u00adtions. SIFCA\u00ae shapes, unlike standard precast shapes, can be bolted to the same structure as the steel or cast iron it is replacing.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Passive fire protection - Firemaster<\/h2><\/h1><\/div>

FireMaster Products and fire protection systems are tested to many international standards and have approvals valid worldwide for Cellu\u00adlosic, hydro\u00adcarbon and jet fire protection. Systems are available for FRP composite, steel and aluminium struc\u00adtural fire protection.
