Initial Qualification (IQ)

Construction workers specializing in construction of refractory structures and chimneys,
e.g. refractory installations and drainage channels made of reinforced concrete or masonry. They independently make concrete elements, erect formwork and make reinforcements. The assembly of precast concrete elements is as much a part of our field of activity as the production of insulation materials that protect against heat, cold, noise and fire. If the structure is made of stone, they build, plaster and grout the masonry.
The recognized profession of a construction worker in industry and trade is acquired within 2 years of training.
The training takes place in the dual system
Learning locations are the training company and the vocational school. In addition, parts of the training must be completed at inter-company training centers. Accommodation in connected guest houses is possible.

Two-year training to prepare for the profession of a construction worker can be supplemented with another training for a constructor of furnaces and chimneys in our company.
The prerequisite is obtaining good results. Therefore, after meeting certain conditions, such as several years of professional experience, appropriate advanced and supplementary training is offered, e.g. a team leader training followed by a foreman and a certified foreman training. upon graduating a technical secondary school, it is possible to study at a university, e.g. in civil engineering.
Training starts on 1st August this year.

Furnace and chimney fitters
are building and refurbishing industrial firing systems for extremely high temperatures. You brick, plaster and grout masonry for such things as fireplaces and exhaust ducts. In furnace construction, you use refractory and heat-resistant building materials that can withstand high loads. Inspection, maintenance and repair work, as well as the identification of structural damage and its causes, are just as much a part of the job as carrying out repair work.

Learning locations are the training company and the vocational school. In addition, parts of the training must be completed at inter-company training centers. Accommodation in connected guest houses is possible.
The vocational qualification in refractory structures and as a chimney fitter opens up many career opportunities
such as further training to become a foreman and, based on this, a factory foreman and certified foreman. After attending a technical secondary school, it is possible to study at a university, e.g. in the field of civil engineering.
Training starts on 01 August this year. Training duration is 3 years, including a two-year training as a building construction specialist specializing in refractory and chimney construction.

Tile, slab and mosaic layers (m/f/d)
cover walls, floors and facades with slab coverings made of ceramics, glass and natural or artificial stone, among other things.
This profession offers creative freedom and provides the opportunity to be in direct contact with the customer. As a specialist, you will advise customers on the choice of suitable floor and wall coverings, e.g. for kitchen, bathroom or terrace.
Upon completing vocational training, there is the option of various further training courses, e.g. further training to become a master craftsman or a technician for construction technology. However, subsequent studies in the field of civil engineering or architecture can also be pursued with a (technical) high school diploma.
